Privacy policy
This policy explains how MyKoti collects and uses your personal data when you use mykoti.co and apply to be a pilot building, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Who looks after your data
MyKoti Co., Ltd. ("MyKoti"), 1111 The City Sathorn-Kanlapaphruek, Bang Khae, Bang Khae, Bangkok 10160. For anything about your personal data, message MyKoti on LINE.
What we collect
When you apply to be a pilot building:

We use your IP address only to prevent duplicate submissions and spam. We keep it for about a day at most, and never with your application. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may record IP addresses in its short-lived request logs.
This website uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising.
What we use it for
- Contacting you about the pilot, on LINE or by phone
- Working out whether MyKoti suits your building
- Seeing which channels bring people to MyKoti
We rely on the consent you give in the form. We won't use this data for other marketing, and we won't sell or share it.
Who sees it
- Only MyKoti team members with admin access
- The providers that store it for us: Vercel (website and app hosting) and Neon (database), in Singapore. They may not use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
- If you don't join the pilot, we delete your data within 12 months of applying.
- If you join, it moves into your MyKoti account and the product's policy applies.
- We delete it straight away if you ask.
Your rights
You can:
- see or get a copy of your data
- correct it
- ask us to delete it
- withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect use before you withdrew)
- object to or restrict our use of it
- complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)
To use any of these rights, message MyKoti on LINE. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we make a material change to how we use your data, we'll post it here and update the "Last updated" date. If a change needs new consent, we'll ask you first.
